5 Steps to a Healthy Mind and Body 
1.  Reduce Stress
  • Treat and resolve unresolved trauma
  • Heal maladaptive belief patterns
  • Create an emotionally safe environment to live, work and be in, i.e. create healthy relationships and career with passion and balance
  • Learn and engage in a form of structured relaxation daily
  • ​Improve sleep quality with good sleep hygiene and resolution of insomnia
  • Give love and positivity to yourself and others

2.  Resolve Addictions
  • Food
  • Sugar
  • Alcohol
  • Marijuana (MMJ)
  • Supplements
  • Nicotine
  • Caffeine
  • Prescription drugs and over-the-counter drugs
  • Street drugs
  • Behaviors, i.e. video games, porn, gambling, etc.
  • Create a belief in something outside yourself - faith in something

3.  Healthy Eating
  • Chew food thoroughly
  • Love what you eat
  • Drink clean water
  • Consume probiotic foods and beverages
  • Make vegetables the main course of all meals
  • Eat healthy protein, right for you
  • Eat nuts, seeds, & fruits 
  • Eat small portions of healthy fats - coconut oil/olive oil, ect.
  • Eat less at meals

4.  Exercise
  • Move and strengthen your body daily
  • Engage in a variety of exercise - aerobic, weight training, yoga, tai chi, just to name a few

5.  Fun, Family, & Friends
  • Find and engage in a hobby with passion and love
  • Spend quality time with family and friends
